Kitchen 'area', with sink but without appliances

Ground floor property or very reliable lift

At least two shower bathrooms

An unusual layout that is difficult to let as a residential property could be considered for conversion to a successful hostel, as could a property in need of renovation within two to three years, if the condition is reflected in the price.
